Greenland Mountaineer - 1 place
Greenland is a country of superlatives; a land where the massive glaciers that flow off an icecap second in scale only to Antarctica fringe a vast chain of mountains running over 2,500km down the east coast. On the east coast, a population of 2,500 Inuit live in a handful of settlements, making this region one of the greatest wildernesses left on earth and one surprisingly easy to access from Central Europe. With no altitude problems and literally thousands of mountains to explore, Greenland offers a brilliant expedition destination for those interested in a full expedition wilderness experience. In an area with no detailed mapping, expect a truly adventurous trip amongst magnificent mountain, glacier and fjordland scenery. Our summer Greenland Mountaineer expedition is for those who want to experience a "real" expedition. You need to be ready to "muck in" and be flexible, depending on the weather and conditions that the team experience.
There is 1 place available on 13 - 26 July 2025 expedition
